Project Girl Mentoring Program has partner with University of Washington Bothell to conduct a Community Needs Survey to gain more knowledge and data from our community!  The purpose of the Community Needs Survey is to provide a better understanding of data and community needs to map out our new programming towards mental health and wellness and to improvement our strategies to make positive and sustainable changes in the lives of young women of color. 

 

What we need from you: Help us out by filling out this questionnaire! This simple yet effective questionnaire consists of questions regarding the livelihood, mental health and betterment for the young women of color in our community. By supporting this cause, and filling out this survey, you are helping PGMP get a better understanding of

 

the needs and health improvements within our community in order for us to make a positive impact on the lives of these young women.
